MEETING TO ORDER
Supervisor Staub Spiegel called the 10/03/11 Town Board Special
meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
TD BANK
Supervisor
Spiegel advised the Board of the changes that TD Bank is proposing, like the
town having to start paying for checks and services. He further advised that he
has checked with Champlain Bank and will offer better services. Councilor
Latremore and Deno suggest that he also check with Key Bank and Community Bank
as they are also in Champlain. The consensus is to change to another bank if
better service can be obtained.

NOTICE OF BUDGET MEETING
The Supervisor of the Town of Chazy has called for a Special
Town Board Meeting on Monday October 3, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of said meeting is to
discuss the Tentative 2012 Budget and anything else that may come up. The
meeting is open to the public.
