NOTICE
The Supervisor of the Town of Chazy has called for a Special
Town Board Meeting, at the Chazy Town Hall, 9631 Rt. 9, to be held on Monday
June 2, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. The
purpose of said meeting is to review issues of the Water and Sewer Districts.

MEETING TO ORDER
Supervisor Staub Spiegel called the 06/02/08 Special Town
Board meeting to order at 7:00 PM for the purpose of discussing Water and Sewer
issues.
ITEMS DISCUSSED:
Recommendations by Bernier &
Carr:

Purchase of ÒConfined EntryÓ sign. $25.00.
á
Install a new screen to prevent the ingress of
contaminants into the water supply.
á
Perform clean out in order to more accurately
determine the condition of the interior floor as well as prevent contamination
issues associated with the excessive sedimentation buildup.
á
Washing exterior of tank with anti-fungus solution,
repaint.
á
Expansion and wish list purchases.

Councilor Cathy Devins made a motion, seconded by Councilor Donald
Trombly to adjourn the 06/02/08 Special Town Board meeting at 7:55 PM.
