Supervisor Staub Spiegel called the 01/10/2011 Organizational Town Board meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Supervisor Staub Spiegel presented former Code Officer, Robert West with a plaque, thanking him for his years of service as Code Officer for the Town of Chazy.

MINUTES

Councilor Donald Trombly made a motion that the minutes of the 12/13/2010 regular Town Board meeting and the 12/27/2010 Yearend special meeting be approved as submitted by the Town Clerk, seconded by Councilor Cathy Devins.

The possibility of contacting the NYS DOT about painting a crosswalk across State Route 9 in the area of Pleasant St. intersection and the Post Office.
An update on the survey of the T/garage property for building a sand/salt storage building.
That snow needs to be removed at the crosswalk on Route 9 in front of Grey Gables.
Any further update on the Ingraham Road. Mark Rogers has been asked to look into it.

Future use of sand from the Town sand pit believed to be at least 10 years, as per Hwy. Supt.
