CALL MEETING TO ORDER

 

Supervisor Staub Spiegel called the 12/27/07 Year End Town Board meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

 

Supervisor Staub Spiegel advises that Hwy. Supt. Richard Lewis noted that 1,227 gallons of fuel, 32 loads of sand and 221 hours of overtime was used during last snow storm.

2007 SEWER DISTRICT FUND BUDGET MODIFICATION

Councilor Cathy Devins made a motion to adopt the following resolution, seconded by Councilor Donald Trombly.

            WHEREAS, an appropriation account needs to be modified;

 

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chazy Town Board does hereby authorize the following Sewer district fund, 2007 Budget modification, to show an added unexpended balance of $1,602.00 and add $1,602.00 to appropriation account 8110.09.004.00.

 

2007 WATER DISTRICT FUND BUDGET MODIFICATION

Councilor Jerry Deno made a motion to adopt the following resolution, seconded by Councilor Cathy Devins.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chazy Town Board does hereby authorize the following Water district fund, 2007 Budget modification, to show an added unexpended balance of $13,706.00 and add $13,706.00 to appropriation account 8310.08.004.00.
