NOTICE
The Supervisor of the Town
of Chazy has called for a Special Town Board Meeting, at the Chazy Town Hall,
9631 Rt. 9, to be held on Monday April 21, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. The purpose of said meeting is to
review issues of the Water and Sewer Districts with engineer Bernier Carr.

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Supervisor Staub Spiegel
called the 04/21/08 Special Town Board meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
WATER TANK INSPECTION
Representatives
of Bernier Carr Associates, Mickey Lehman and Bob Boliver met with the Town
Board and went over the Water Tank Inspection and made their recommendations as
what needed to be done and what did not need to be done as listed on the Scope
of Work issued by Pittsburg Tank & Tower Co., Inc.
They
also went over a wish list compiled by Water & Sewer Supt. David Siskavich
and discussed the possibility of a water extension and the possibility of going
for a Town wide district.

a motion to adopt the following resolution, seconded by Councilor Christopher
Latremore.

absent. Motion carried. Ayes - Councilor Christopher Latremore,
Councilor Jerry Deno, Councilor Cathy Devins, and Supervisor Staub
Spiegel. Noes - 0. Absent - Councilor Donald Trombly.
WHEREAS,
Planning Board Chairman, Thomas Dashnaw, requests the Town hire a student
intern to update the GIS data base;
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chazy Town Board authorize Planning Board
Chairman, Thomas Dashnaw, to employ a student intern to update the Town of
Chazy GIS data base at a cost of approx. $3,500.00.

a motion, seconded by Councilor Jerry Deno to adjourn the 04/21/08 Special Town
Board meeting at 7:00 PM.
